Officers responded to a report of fraud. An unknown subject contacted the victim by telephone, portrayed herself as a bank representative, and was able to successfully obtain the victim’s personal information.

Charges: Possession of stolen property
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined the driver to be in possession of several items of stolen mail. The suspect was cited and released.

Officers responded to a suspicious circumstance. A mother had received a telephone call from an unknown subject, who claimed to have abducted her children. The children were safe and the call was determined to be a scam, originating overseas.

Charges: Outstanding warrant
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined the passenger of the vehicle had an outstanding warrant. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Officers conducting patrol observed the suspect vandalizing a vehicle. Upon contact, the suspect claimed that the driver had taken her parking spot. She was cited and released.

Officers responded to a reported residential burglary. Unknown suspects forced entry by kicking in the front door.

Charges: Under the influence of a controlled substance
Officers responded to a reported suspicious person who had been seen looking into cars and homes. Upon arrival, the officers contacted the subject and determined he was on active, searchable probation. The subject displayed signs of being under the influence. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.
