UPDATE: The suspect in the Child Abandonment, Attempt Murder case that occurred Monday, February 15, 2016 was released from Queen of the Valley Hospital and formally taken into custody by West Covina Police this morning at 1055 hours.
Mary Grace Trinidad was immediately booked at the West Covina Police Department, and then transferred to the Century Regional Detention Facility of the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department. Bail is set at $2,030,000.00. The suspect is to appear at Pomona Superior Court on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 8:30 am.
