Both lanes of the Richardson Highway between 8 and 9 mile are REOPENED to traffic. 
At 9:00 p.m., Valdez Fire Department closed both lanes of the Richardson Highway between 8 and 9 mile due to a single vehicle rollover accident.
As of 9:25 p.m., the Richardson Highway is REOPENED to traffic. Both occupants of the vehicle have been transported to Providence Valdez Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
