* EXPECT SNOW TO DEVELOP WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...CONTINUING THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING...AND TAPERING OFF THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
* THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL RATES WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 7 PM WEDNESDAY AND 1 AM THURSDAY.
* TOTAL WET SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 6 INCHES ARE EXPECTED.
* LOOK FOR PERIODS OF POOR VISIBILITY WITH WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH RESULTING IN SIGNIFICANT BLOWING SNOW.
* PLAN ON VERY HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS.
