We have again received two complaints from people that they have received calls from the IRS saying they are going to file lawsuit against them if they don't call back and pay a fine. Do not give into this tactic! It is a scam and we will not be able to recover the money for you if you pay this.

THE IRS WILL NOT CALL YOU! They only send you registered or certified letters and usually a person will know if they are delinquent on his or her taxes!
