* HAZARD TYPES...FREEZING RAIN...SLEET AND SNOW.
* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...GENERALLY UP TO ONE TENTH OF AN INCH...
EXCEPT NEAR TWO TENTHS IN THE HIGHER TERRAIN.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...AROUND 1 TO 2 INCHES...EXCEPT LOCALLY UP TO
4 INCHES ACROSS HIGHER TERRAIN.
* TIMING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP BY EARLY THIS EVENING AND WILL MIX
WITH SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN OVERNIGHT. FREEZING RAIN AND
SLEET WILL CONTINUE UNTIL TEMPERATURES RISE ABOVE FREEZING BY
NOON WEDNESDAY.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL DUE TO SNOW OR ICE COVERED ROADS

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 5 TO 10 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.

A STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL APPROACH FROM THE OHIO VALLEY REGION
FOR LATE WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY...BRINGING PERIODS OF HEAVY
RAIN AND GUSTY WINDS TO THE REGION. PONDING OF WATER IN LOW
LYING...POOR DRAINAGE AND URBAN AREAS WILL BE LIKELY DURING THIS
TIME. DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH HEAVY RAINFALL OCCURS...THERE IS A
POSSIBILITY THAT SOME ADDITIONAL HYDROLOGIC CONCERNS COULD ALSO
OCCUR...ESPECIALLY ON THURSDAY.
