BENTON, MISSOURI - Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter reports Grand Jury Indictment warrants have been issued for Clayton D. Counts (67) and Judith E. Gray (58) of Benton, Missouri.

Clayton Counts has been charged with 15 Felony Charges. The charges are Statutory Rape 1st Degree (x7), Forcible Rape (x3), Forcible Sodomy (x3), Possession of Child Pornography, and Unlawful Use of a Firearm.

Judith Gray has been charged with 7 Felony Charges. The charges are Forcible Rape (x3), Forcible Sodomy (x3), and Possession of Child Pornography.

Sheriff Walter states that due to an ongoing investigation, detectives were able to get more information and get new charges filed.

Counts is still in custody due to the prior charges. Counts remains in custody at the Scott County Jail on a $100,000.00 cash only bond. Gray was located and arrested today at her residence. Gray remains in custody with a $50,000.00 cash or surety bond.
