On Tuesday February 23, 2016 at approximately 1337 hours, Officers from the Covina Police Department were dispatched to a call of a bicyclist that was struck by a Metrolink train in the 600 block of N. Azusa Avenue in the City of Covina. Upon arriving, officers determined a bicyclist had in fact been struck and killed by an eastbound Metrolink train.
The incident is currently under being investigated by the Covina Police Department Traffic Division and the name of the bicyclist is unknown at this time.
