Full Notification

On 02/22/16, at approximately 9:11 A.M., a residential burglary was interrupted when the homeowner returned home to find two people fleeing from the residence. Further investigation confirmed they had broken into the garage through a side door and stole several tools. Both suspects were later apprehended in a residential area approximately 1 mile away from the original victim’s residence. Steven Rose (D.O.B. 11/2/86) and Krysta Kapralis (D.O.B. 1/27/76) were taken into custody without incident and were booked at the Orange County Jail.
