Snow Emergency in City of Howell 7:00pm 2/24/16 - 1:00pm 2/25/16. All vehicles must be removed from the street. 
The City of Howell has declared a SNOW EMERGENCY effective 7:00pm Wednesday, February 24, 2016 - 1:00pm Thursday, February 25, 2016.
During the emergency, all vehicles must be removed from the street to allow public works personnel to perform winter maintenance in a safe and efficient manner. Vehicles that are not removed will be towed at the owner's expense. Please monitor the City website www.cityofhowell.org, the cable access channel, and local media for updates.
