* EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL, SNOWMELT AND ICE JAMMING/ICE BREAKUP WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE MID-MORNING HOURS WITH ADDITIONAL FLOODING POSSIBLE.
