March 3, 2016 9a - 3p Route 9 north at Beach Avenue will be closed to thru traffic. Detours will be in place. 
March 3, 2016 :: Atlantic City Electric needs to replace all the equipment on a utility pole which was damaged from a traffic collision last week.
ROUTE 9 NORTHBOUND will be closed to traffic and detoured around the construction zone. The detour will be Stafford Avenue -> Parker Street -> Hilliard Boulevard -> Route 9.
Heavy delays will be expected. Beach Avenue between Route 9 and Division Street will also be closed to thru-traffic.
The project will begin approximately 9am to avoid as much of the morning rush as possible. SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC will remain passable through the construction zone.
Please plan accordingly for tomorrow and remember the detour will be through residential zones so please mind your speed and be safe.
