* LOCATIONS... NORTHERN AND CENTRAL DELMARVA... SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY... AND PHILADELPHIA AND SURROUNDING SUBURBS IN SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA.
* HAZARD TYPES... SNOW.
* ACCUMULATIONS... SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES.
* TIMING... SNOW WILL BEGIN TO MOVE INTO THE REGION SOMETIME BETWEEN 10 PM AND 1 AM TONIGHT AND GRADUALLY END FROM WEST TO EAST BETWEEN 9 AM AND 1 PM. THE SNOW WILL LINGER LONGEST IN SOUTHERN DELAWARE... .POSSIBLY NOT ENDING THERE UNTIL 1 PM.
* IMPACTS... THE SNOW WILL AFFECT THE FRIDAY MORNING COMMUTE. UNTREATED ROADS... BRIDGES... AND OVERPASSES WILL BE SLICK BY THE START OF THE MORNING COMMUTE.
* WINDS... LIGHT WIND BECOMING NORTHEAST FRIDAY MORNING AT 10 TO 20 MPH. WINDS TURNING NORTH AND GUSTY DURING MIDDAY.
