Search Warrant Nets Counterfeit Monster Energy Merchandise 
On Wednesday, March 2, 2016, Corona Police Department detectives executed a search warrant at a City of Buena Park residence located at 6500 block of Chapman Drive which resulted in the recovery of thousands of dollars in counterfeit Monster Energy® apparel and accessories.
The search warrant stemmed from an investigation which began in September of 2015 when Monster Energy® contacted the Corona Police Department with concerns of counterfeit merchandise being sold at a liquor store located in the City of Corona. As a result of the ongoing investigation and search warrant, a suspect was identified and detectives will be seeking an arrest warrant. In addition to the counterfeit Monster Energy apparel, detectives also recovered assorted counterfeit sports merchandise.
