Officers responded to a delayed report of a theft that had occurred. 3 suspects entered a business, removed merchandise, and walked out. Other law enforcement agencies were notified, and the suspects were associated to another theft in Burlingame. Follow-up is being conducted.

Arrest: 37 year old male, transient
Charges: Burglary, under the influence
Officers responded to a commercial burglary in progress. Officers had begun to establish a perimeter when a short foot pursuit ensued. The suspect was taken into custody without further incident. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 51 year old female, resident of Campbell
Charges: Possession of controlled substance
Officers contacted a subject and determined that she was in possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). She was cited and released.

200-blk Los Gatos-Saratoga Rd.
Officers responded to a report of a theft from a vehicle. The victim reported that while she was paying for gasoline, an unknown subject entered her vehicle and stole her personal belongings.

Arrest: 30 year old female, resident of San Jose; 27 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of controlled substance
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and contacted two occupants. The female was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, a pipe, several hypodermic needles, and Xanax. The male was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and several hypodermic needles. Both were cited and released.

Arrest: 26 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of nitrous oxide, possession of narcotics for sales
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon contact, officers determined that the occupant was in possession of Vicodin, marijuana, and 100 nitrous canisters. He was cited and released.

Arrest: 26 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Possession of narcotics for sales, possession of controlled substance
Officers and detectives executed a search warrant and arrested their target for an outstanding warrant. During the search, detectives located methamphetamine, prescription medication, and paraphernalia.
He was transported and booked at Main Jail.

Officers responded to a reported theft. 3 suspects entered the business and removed merchandise. Follow-up is being conducted.

Officers responded to a report of vehicles trespassing onto Railroad property. 5 vehicles were located and the drivers were admonished. All 5 drivers were cited and released.

Charges: Obtain a false prescription
Officers responded to a suspicious circumstance and determined a subject was attempting to fill a false prescription. He was arrested and booked at Main Jail.

Arrest: 23 year old male, resident of Campbell
Charges: Possession of hypodermic needles
Officers responded to a report of a loitering subject and determined that the involved party was on probation. He was searched and officers located hypodermic needles. He was cited and released.
