...The flood warning continues for the following rivers in California... Navarro River At Navarro affecting Mendocino County Periods of light to moderate rain will fall in the Navarro River Basin this afternoon and evening leading to flooding. Rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches are forecast through late Sunday evening. The flood warning continues for The Navarro River At Navarro.

* AT 2:15 PM Sunday THE stage WAS 19.2 feet.
* The river is forecast to rise above flood stage of 23.0 FT by 8 PM Sunday evening, then forecast to crest near 27.0 FT around midnight Sunday night. Then forecast to fall below flood stage early Monday morning.
* Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet...Water will flow over the banks of the river approximately 1 mile east of Highway 128, and will begin to flood property in this area including several homes. Expect complete closure of Highway 128. &&
* AFFECTED AREAS: MENDOCINO
