Four Arrested in Henry County
Knightstown – Four people were arrested last evening shortly before 6 p.m., after the Pendleton District Meth Suppression Squad served a search warrant at a home at 9489 W. US 40, Knightstown. The warrant was the result of an ongoing investigation into the Manufacture of Methamphetamine.
Troopers arrested Dylan Payne, age 22, Dalton Taylor, age 18, and Justin York, age 31 and charged them with Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine, Level 4 Felony, and Possession of Precursors and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, both Level 6 Felonies. Also arrested at the home was Michelle Pappilli, age 44, charged with Level 6 Felony Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
All four subjects were lodged in the Henry County Jail. Troopers were assisted in their investigation by Henry County Prosecutor Joe Bergacs; State Parole Officers; Shirley K-9 Officer Brian Pryor and his partner Huron; the Knightstown Police Department, Henry County Sheriff’s Department and the Cambridge City Police Department.
