Woodway PSD arrests suspected heroin dealer for delivery of controlled substance causing death. 
On 03/14/2016, Woodway PSD arrested drug dealer suspect Clarence Posey (Black male, Date of Birth 03/18/1987) on charges of delivering heroin which lead to the death of victim Christopher Lee Shearer in Woodway back on June 28, 2015. Officers initially responded to a heroin overdose call on Fox Hollow Dr. in Woodway around 4 am and found Mr. Shearer unresponsive. Mr. Shearer was pronounced dead at the scene after resuscitation attempts failed. Investigators were able to develop a suspect from witnesses and phone records. The charge is a 3rd degree felony.
