The address to the "elderly abuse" call for service that occurred  on March 3, 2016 is 3200 block East Avenue K , Palmdale.

The correct date of when the victim died was March 16, 2016, approximately 9:11 p.m.

**Original Press Release**

Sheriff’s Homicide Detectives are responding to Palmdale Station, Palmdale, regarding the death of a man who died at a local hospital.

On Thursday, March 3, 2016, at approximately 6:21 p.m., Palmdale deputies received a call for service regarding “elderly abuse” at the 3200 block East Avenue, Palmdale. The victim was transported to a local hospital to be evaluated by medical personnel and released to return to his residence.

On Wednesday, March 16, 2016, the victim was transported to a local hospital for a medical emergency and died at approximately 9:11 p.m.

There is no further information at this time.
