Test shut-down of portion of water system 
City crew will conduct a test shut-down of a portion of our water system tomorrow; Friday, March 18, from approximately 4 a.m. to 5 a.m. This will affect businesses and residents within the area of Main Street south to Branch/92 and Fourth Street east to Prairie View.
This will include French Studio Apartments, High Point Apartments, Wedgewood Apartments, Gann Apartments, High Point Shops and Travelodge.
