03/06/16 WTPD arrested Ronald Barnes Jr., age 25, of Washington, NJ for aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, simple assault and disorderly conduct. On 03/06/15 at approximately 9:47 PM, patrol was dispatched to a fight involving a knife in the 30 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Barnes had a knife and used it to threaten another man during a dispute. Mr. Barnes was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $7500.00

03/09/16 WTPD arrested Gregory Tucker, age 25, of Saylorsburg PA, Debra Kanach, age 61, William Zimmerman, age 58, and Theresa Wilson, age 48, all of Oxford NJ. On 03/09/16 at approximately 8:20 PM, patrol responded to the Heritage Manor on Pine St. in Oxford Township for the report of an unwanted person. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Wilson, who was barred from returning to the Pine St. property, was located hiding in the shower. Mr. Tucker and Ms. Kanach were both charged with hindering apprehension, and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. They were processed and released with mandatory court dates. Mr. Zimmerman was charged with hindering apprehension, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $1000.00 bail. Ms.Wilson was charged with defiant trespass, hindering apprehension, resisting arrest and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $1500.00 bail.

03/09/16 WTPD arrested a 16 year old, of Northampton PA, for simple assault and disorderly conduct. On 03/09/16 at approximately 9:41 PM, patrol was dispatched to a dispute inside of the Dunkin Donuts, 156 Rte. 57 E. in Washington Borough. Upon patrols’ arrival and subsequent investigation, the juvenile was arrested for simple assault and disorderly conduct. The juvenile was processed and released to a parent pending further court action within the juvenile justice system.

03/11/16 WTPD arrested David Kenworthy Jr., age 24, of Branchburg, NJ and Gerard Pickett, age 26, of Washington, NJ. On 03/11/15 at approximately 11:53 PM, patrol was dispatched to physical dispute in the 300 block of North Prospect St. in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Kenworthy and Mr. Picket were having a dispute in the middle of the street. Mr. Kenworthy was issued a local ordinance summons for of maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Pickett was also issued a summons for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and found to have a outstanding $323.00 warrant out of Greenwich Township. Both men were processed and released with court dates.

03/12/16 WTPD arrested Victoria Picard, age 38, of Easton, PA for a $255.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. Ms. Picard was processed and released after posting bail.

03/12/16 WTPD arrested Treylin Walls, age 21, of Washington NJ, for a $350.00 outstanding out of White Township. On 03/12/16 at approximately 4:57 PM, patrol was dispatched to the 200 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for a female walking in traffic. The investigation revealed that Ms. Walls, who was a friend of the woman who was walking in traffic, had an outstanding warrant. Ms. Walls was processed and released after posting bail.

03/13/16 WTPD arrested James Cornish, age 21, of Washington NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams and for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/13/16 at approximately 12:46 AM, patrol observed a suspicious male dragging a chair down the center of Cornish St. in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Cornish being charged with possessing than 50 grams of marijuana and for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date.

03/16/16 WTPD arrested Joseph Moon Jr., age 34, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding $165.00 out of High Bridge and for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/16/16 at 9:48 PM, patrol was dispatched to dispute on Cleveland St. in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival, he located Mr. Moon at the Taylor St. field. The officer’s investigation revealed that Mr. Moon had an outstanding $165.00 warrant out of High Bridge. Mr. Moon was processed and released with a court date.

03/16/16 WTPD arrested David Simmons Jr., age 33, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding warrants totaling $11,400.00 out of Washington Borough / Newark and for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/16/16 at 9:37 PM, patrol was dispatched to area of 36 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough for a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival, he located Mr. Simmons, who matched the description of one of the persons involved in the dispute. The officer’s investigation revealed that Mr. Simmons had outstanding warrants out of Washington Borough and Newark. Mr. Simmons was processed, issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance and lodged in the WC Jail.

03/17/16 WTPD arrested Robert Capaldo Jr., age 21, of Port Murray, NJ for driving under the influence (DUI). On 03/17/16 at approximately 11:54 PM, patrol was dispatched to a single car rollover motor vehicle accident on W. Asbury Anderson Rd. in Washington Township. The investigation revealed that the driver, Mr. Capaldo, was intoxicated. He was charged with careless driving, failure to maintain lanes and driving under the influence (DUI). His BAC was .13%. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
03/18/16 WTPD arrested Lawrence Walker, age 26, of Mansfield Township, NJ and Davell Walls, age 26, of Port Murray, NJ. On 03/18/16 at 3:16 AM, patrol was dispatched to a residence on Taylor St. in Washington Borough for a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Walls was found to have outstanding warrants totaling $1150.00 out of Mansfield Township and Phillipsburg. Ms. Walls was processed and turned over to Mansfield Twp. P.D. Mr. Walker was arrested for contempt of a Superior Court Order. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $1000.00 bail.
