Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter said a Sikeston man has charged in connection with displaying a firearm at a school.

Walter said Grubbs, who currently has a CCW permit attended a 4H school activity at Kelly School Monday evening as a volunteer. During the event it’s alleged that Grubbs used the handle of a handgun to push a tack into a piece of wood.
