On 03/26/2015 at 2254, Mike Ward of Colchester, VT was stopped on the Beltline (route 127) near Plattsburg Avenue by Officer O. Byrne. Ward was believed to be under the influence and was arrested. Ward was subsequently screened by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) and issued a citation to appear in court for DUI Drug.
On 03/27/2016 at 0033, Ira Musty of Groton, VT was stopped in the area of Elmwood Avenue and Peru Street by Officer D. Ellerman. Musty was determined to be under the influence and was arrested. Musty was subsequently processed for DUI and released on a citation to appear in court.
On 03/27/2016 at 0155, Alex Sergeyev of Burlington, VT was stopped in the area North Avenue and Heineberg Road by Officer Z. Chang. Sergeyev was stopped after a report was made concerning an intoxicated male leaving the downtown area in a vehicle. Officer Chang subsequently located and stopped the described vehicle. Sergeyev was determined to be under the influence and was arrested. Sergeyev was subsequently processed for DUI and released on a citation to appear in court.
