The Adak Municipal Utility Water service for the following neighborhood/units will be impacted as described below:

The following Sandy Cove subdivision units:
• 142-146, 154-160 Finger Bay Road
• 118-121 Beverly Cove
• 167-169 Fisherman’s Cove

Will have the water service shut off or otherwise impacted during the following time:

March 31, 2016 between the hours of 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

The following reason(s) constitute a necessary reason to impact your utility service:

Isolation of service for customer responsible service line repairs.

Please help our crew by using alternate routes in the vicinity of the repair work. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and will work to restore full service as quickly as possible. Please note that your water may be discolored after restoration of service for some time after the water service is turned back on. This is due to sediment in the lines that becomes agitated whenever the lines are flushed. We recommend you flush your cold water lines and refrain from using hot water until you have clear water running through your cold water taps. If you have any questions, please call the office.
