CROSSING GUARD & SUBSTITUTE CROSSING GUARD NEEDED

The Township of Raritan currently has one (1) open position for a school crossing guard & one (1) position for a substitute crossing guard for the 2016-2017 school year. Upon completion of twenty two (22) hours of training (two [2] hours of classroom and twenty [20] hours of supervised field training), the school crossing guard will be assigned to the school crossing post at the intersection of Case Boulevard and Woodside Lane. The substitute crossing guard will be called upon to fill in for any of the regular crossing guards when they are unable to cover their assigned posts. The township wishes to hire for both positions prior to the end of the 2015-2016 school year so training can be completed before the start of the 2016-2017 school year.
