Help Upland PD identify the suspect in a fatal hit and run traffic collision. 
On March 30, 2016 at about 2:00 am the Upland Police Officers checked a female laying on the sidewalk. Officers discovered the female was deceased after being hit by a passing vehicle. The female’s belongings and dog were at the roadside near the female. This female was in the northbound lanes of Mountain Ave. at the intersection with Mountain Green Center/Home Depot Center drive (the intersection between 7th Street and 8th Street on Mountain Ave.) The female was hit in the intersection and thrown onto the sidewalk by a vehicle travelling northbound on Mountain Ave. The driver of the vehicle did not stop or call for help. The investigation is ongoing and Traffic Investigators are looking for a 2012-2015 Honda Accord which will have front end and right front damage (headlight and grill damage).
