DETECTIVES SEEK TO LOCATE PERSONS OF INTEREST
IN HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION 
Detectives with the Portsmouth Police Department Major Crimes Unit are seeking assistance from the public in locating two persons of interest regarding the homicide that occurred on Suburban Parkway on Monday, April 4, 2016. The males are identified as 24-year-old D’Marcus Heflin of Chesapeake and 25-year-old Bilal Boyce of South Mills, North Carolina.
D’Marcus Heflin is 5’8” tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. It is possible that Heflin has cut removed the braids from his hair and has a low style haircut.
Bilal Boyce is 5’9” tall and weighs approximately 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Callers are never asked to give their name or required to testify in court.
