AND BE AT THEIR PEAK FROM LATE MORNING THROUGH MID THURSDAY
AFTERNOON.
* WEATHER CONDITIONS...SUSTAINED NORTHWEST WINDS 30 TO 35 MPH WITH
GUSTS AROUND 45 MPH WHEN WINDS ARE AT THEIR PEAK. STRONGEST
WINDS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THE JAMES AND MISSOURI RIVER VALLEY
LOCATIONS WHERE A FEW GUSTS OF 50 TO 55 MPH WILL BE LIKELY.
