03/19/16 WTPD arrested Timothy Stepp, age 50, of Easton, PA for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/19/16 at approximately 11:57 AM, patrol was dispatched to the Norfolk-Southern railroad property on Board St. in Washington Borough for the report of a man with a hatchet hitting a piece of wood. Upon the officer’s arrival and investigation, it was determined that Mr. Stepp was not authorized to be on the railroad property. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
03/19/16 WTPD arrested Susan Bonk, age 52, of Washington, NJ for driving under the influence (DUI). On 03/19/16 at approximately 8:48 PM, patrol was dispatched to a report on an erratic motor vehicle in the area of Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township. The responding officer located the erratic motor vehicle and conducted a motor vehicle stop. The officer’s investigation revealed that the driver, Ms. Bonk was intoxicated. Ms. Bonk was processed and charged with failure to keep right, careless driving, failure to exhibit documents, open container of an alcoholic beverage and driving under the influence (DUI), her BAC was .13%. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
03/20/16 WTPD arrested George Swierat Jr., age 24, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding $560.00 warrant out of Washington Borough. On 03/20/16 at approximately 10:18 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte.31 in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation revealed that the vehicles driver, Mr. Swierat, had an outstanding warrant. Mr. Swierat was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for maintenance of lamps and released after posting bail.
03/25/16 WTPD arrested Kimberly Hockenbury, age 52, of Phillipsburg, NJ for obstruction of the administration of law and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/25/16 at approximately 9:44 PM, patrol was dispatched to a dispute at Scotty’s stadium Club, 15 Belvidere Ave, in Washington Borough. Upon patrols’ arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Ms. Hockenbury was obstructing the officer’s investigation. Ms. Hockenbury was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
03/26/16 WTPD arrested Joseph Preziosi, age 51, of Bath, PA for an $800.00 outstanding out of Washington Borough. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.
04/02/16 WTPD arrested Vivian Mendez, age 24, of Oxford, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Northampton County Sheriff’s Department Pennsylvania and outstanding warrants totaling $1800.00 out of Oxford and Washington Townships. On 04/02/16 at approximately 10:13 PM, patrol responded to a residence on Sykes Gap Rd. in Oxford Township to locate Ms. Mendez, who was an NCIC wanted person out of the Northampton County Sheriff’s Department. Upon the officer’s arrival, Ms. Mendez was located and arrested without incident. She was also found to have outstanding warrants out of Oxford and Washington Townships. Ms. Mendez was processed and lodged in WC Jail without bail to await extradition to Pennsylvania.
04/06/16 WTPD arrested Travis Vickerman, age 25, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 04/06/16 at approximately 8:19 PM, patrol responded to a residence on Green St. in Washington Borough to locate Mr. Vickerman, who was an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. Upon the officer’s arrival, Mr. Vickerman was located and arrested without incident. He was processed and turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.
04/06/16 WTPD arrested Justin Pentilcki, age 20, of Great Meadows, NJ, for a local ordinance of obstruction of the administration of law. On 04/06/16 at approximately 11:59 PM, patrol observed a subject hitchhiking on Rte. 31 N. Oxford Township. The officer made contact with Mr. Pentilcki, who provided the officer false information. He was arrested without incident, processed and issued a motor vehicle summons for hitchhiking. Mr. Pentilcki was releases with a mandatory court date.
