On April 8, 2016 at approximately 9:17PM Burlington Police Officers responded to 25 S. Willard Street for an overdose victim. Burlington Police Officers Seller, Kennedy, Vivori and Ellerman found the victim unresponsive on her bed exhibiting signs of an opiate overdose. The officers administered three doses of Naloxone. The victim did not show any signs of recovery until the officers removed her from the bed in preparation for further life saving measures.
South Burlington Fire Department and UVM Rescue also responded to the scene and the victim was transported to UVM Medical Center in stable condition.
