Los Gatos-Almaden/Peach Blossom
Arrest: 34 year old female, resident of Milpitas
Charges: Outstanding warrant, driving on suspended license
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined that the driver had an active warrant for her arrest. Additionally, she was found to be driving on a suspended license. She was cited and released.

20-blk Kimble Ct.
Officers responded to a residential alarm and determined that a burglary had occurred. The method of entry was rear glass door smash. Video surveillance was obtained and follow-up is being conducted.

Bayview/Bean
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined the driver to be on active parole. A search was conducted and no contraband was located.

Arrest: 20 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Outstanding warrant
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined that the driver had an active warrant for his arrest. He was transported to Main Jail.

Bella Vista/Caldwell
Arrest: 40 year old male, resident of Newark
Charges: Under the influence of a controlled substance
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious circumstance. The reporting party stated that it appeared a male was following a female, and that the female seemed unaware she was being followed. Upon contact with the male, officers determined that he was on active searchable probation and was exhibiting the objective signs of being under the influence. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

15900-blk Los Gatos Boulevard
Arrest: 45 year old male, resident of Los Altos
Charges: Shoplifting, battery, possession of a controlled substance
Officers responded to a business on a report of a disturbance. A loss prevention officer had attempted to detain a shoplifter, but the shoplifter resisted. Upon arrival, officers determined that the suspect was in possession of heroin. The victim also pressed charges for battery, as the suspect hit him and attempted to bite him. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

15900-blk Los Gatos Boulevard
Officers responded to a business on a report of a theft of a wallet, which had been in a grocery cart. The incident was captured on surveillance. The victim’s cards were subsequently used at another merchant, who was also able to provide surveillance. Follow-up is being conducted.

Arrest: 24 year old male, resident of Perris
Charges: Outstanding warrant
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle, occupied by a sleeping male. Upon contact, officers determined the subject to have an outstanding warrant. He was cited and released.

16300-blk Lark
Arrest: 30 year old female, transient
Charge: Burglary, under the influence, outside warrant
Officers responded to a call of a residential burglary in progress on Lark Avenue. The homeowner encountered a female subject inside the residence. The female fled while the homeowner called 911. The suspect was located hiding in some bushes. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Los Gatos-Almaden/Lester
Arrest: 88 year old female, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: DUI
Officers responded to a just occurred, injury hit and run collision. The victim motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The suspect vehicle was followed by a witness and officers made contact with the driver at her residence. The driver believed she had collided with a curb. She displayed objective signs of alcohol intoxication and was transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 50 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Drunk in public
Officers responded to report of a fight. Upon their arrival, they located a male subject on the ground. There were no indications of a fight having taken place. The subject was determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 39 year old male, resident of Gilroy
Charges: Possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle and determined the driver, to be in possession of methamphetamine. He was cited and released.
