Tihart Road will be closed for an extended period of time. 
There was a drainage pipe failure underneath Tihart Road between Powell and Cornell recently. Because of the failure a large area underneath the road washed out. Ingham County Road Commission is working to fix this problem. It now appears that this road will be closed for an extended period of time, possibly up to two weeks in duration.
