***IRS SCAM ALERT*** 
Unfortunately, it's that time of year again where individuals purporting to be representatives of the IRS are calling Morgan County residents randomly in an effort to deceive them into paying debts that do not exist.
As the tax return deadline nears, calls are increasing, so please do not fall victim to their coercive tactics. A sample call from 740.371.0167 is attached.
