Drugs 101: What Parents Want to Know will be hosted by North Farmington High School on Monday, April 18, 6:30-8:30pm. This event is an opportunity for adults to learn about the signs, symptoms and current trends of teen drug use. In addition, parents will learn facts about trends in teen drug use, tools to identify potential teen drug use, and skills to engage kids in conversations. A highlight of this program is a mock teenager's bedroom set-up for adults to observe and attempt to identify the obvious and not-so-obvious drug related paraphernalia.
This is a FREE program for ADULTS ONLY. Please register online at st.joeshealth.org/classes. Walk-ins accepted. For more information, call 734-398-7518. North Farmington High School is located at 32900 W. Thirteen Mile Road, Farmington Hills
