04/06/16 WTPD arrested Donald Labell, age 30, of Lincoln Park, NJ for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Lincoln Park Borough. He was processed and released after posting bail.

04/07/16 WTPD arrested Richard Belmonte, age 46, of Milford, NJ for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released after posting bail.

04/10/16 WTPD arrested Brendel Ebanks, age 32, of Scranton, PA for an outstanding $211.00 warrant out of West Windsor Township. On 04/10/16 at approximately 10:10 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation revealed that the vehicle’s driver, Ms. Ebanks, had an outstanding warrant. Ms. Ebanks was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for obstructing the passage of a motor vehicle and released after posting bail.

04/10/16 WTPD arrested Robert Kearsey, age 50, of Bloomfield, NJ for an outstanding $750.00 warrant out of Bloomfield Township. On 04/10/16 at approximately 12:48 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte.31 in Oxford Township. The officer’s investigation revealed that the vehicle’s driver, Mr. Kearsey, had an outstanding warrant. Mr. Kearsey was processed and released with a new court date.

04/14/16 WTPD arrested Devin Renner, age 21, and Kenneth Brown, age 21, both of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 04/14/16 at 3:05 PM, patrol was dispatched to a trespassing complaint in the 40 block of E. Church St. in Washington Borough. Upon patrol’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that both men should not have been on the property and that Mr. Brown had a $500 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Both Mr. Renner and Mr. Brown were charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Renner was processed, issued a summons for the local ordinance and released with a mandatory court date. Mr. Brown was processed and issued a summons for the local ordinance. He was released with a mandatory court date after posting $500.00 bail.

04/15/16 WTPD arrested Erin Clark, age 29, of Washington, NJ for a $100.00 outstanding warrant out of Rahway. She was processed and released after posting bail.

04/15/16 WTPD arrested Brien Ike Jr., age 24, of Scranton, PA for an outstanding $2000.00 warrant out of East Brunswick. On 04/15/16 at approximately 2:25 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on N. Lincoln Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation revealed that a passenger, Mr. Ike, who was known to the officer, had an outstanding warrant. The officer confirmed the warrant and arrested Mr. Ike without incident. Mr. Ike was processed and turned over to East Brunswick P.D.

04/16/16 WTPD arrested Christopher McCarthy, age 40, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $250.00 out of Holmdel Township NJ. On 04/16/16 at approximately 2:09 PM, patrol checked a subject acting suspicious on Broad St. in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation revealed that Mr. McCarthy had an outstanding warrant. Mr. McCarthy was processed and released with a new court date.

04/16/16 WTPD arrested Heather Sherman, age 22, of Washington, NJ, for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Clinton Township. On 04/16/16 at approximately 2:54 PM, patrol responded to the 20 block of New Bold Ct. in Washington Township for medical assistance. Upon the officer’s arrival, and after rendering medical assistance to the patient, he made contact with the Ms. Sherman, who was known to have an outstanding warrant. The officer confirmed the outstanding warrant and took Ms. Sherman into custody without incident. She was processed and turned over to the custody of the Clinton Township PD.
