Albion Public Safety is continuing to investigate a homicide that occurred last night in the 100 block of Pine St.  ADPS officers were called to the area of Pine St and Ionia St at 9:51 PM last night for a report of a man down.  On arrival officers found Earnest Lee Embry, a 58 year old Albion resident, shot multiple times.  Officers immediately began performing CPR on the victim till paramedics arrived and pronounced him dead.  The Calhoun County Major Crimes Task Force was contacted along with the Michigan State Police Forensic Crime Lab to assist in the investigation.  Two subjects, Tommy Lee Evans and James Carl Nelson are currently wanted for questioning regarding the incident.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Silent Observer at 517-629-2700 or Det.
