On 4/21/16 at approximately 9:30 pm, pursuant to an ongoing investigation over the last few months, members of the Woodway Public Safety Department SWAT Team executed a search warrant at 2708 Skyline Dr. Waco, TX. Upon officers arrival, they did encounter fortified doors and numerous weapons were also found inside the residence.

Paul Farney,W/M, DOB 11/08/1964 was arrested and charged with the following:


1. Possession of controlled substance penalty group1 - methamphetamine

2. Possession of controlled substance penalty group 3 - hydrocodone

3. Possession of controlled substance penalty group 3 - Xanax

4. Possession of marijuana under 2 ounces


The following items were seized:

1. .9 grams of methamphetamine

2. 41 grams of marijuana

3. 22 grams hydrocodone

4. 2.5 grams Xanax
