Unlicensed driver arrested for DUI after causing a collision in Downtown Sebastopol with repeated prior offenses. 
Today, at about 2:20pm, Sebastopol Police Officers were dispatched to Sebastopol Avenue downtown regarding a collision. There, they encountered Daniel Salguero-Ortega, a 38 year old Sexton Road resident. Salguero-Ortega had caused the collision by rearending the vehicle in front of his.
Investigation revealed Salguero-Ortega was driving under the influence of alcohol, with a .12% Blood Alcohol Level. Additionally, it was determined Salguero-Ortega did not have a driver's license.
A records check discovered this was Salguero-Ortega's second collision, second DUI, and seventh instance of getting caught driving without a driver's license.
Salguero-Ortega was booked into the Sonoma County Jail for DUI and Driving without a Driver's License.
