Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the creek. It was determined that the vehicle had been stolen in the city of San Jose.

Arrest: 43 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Driving on a suspended license, outside warrants
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined that the driver was driving on a suspended license. He also had several outstanding warrants. The subject was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 49 year old male, resident of Santa Cruz; 49 year old female, resident of Santa Cruz
Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia, outstanding warrants
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined the driver to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe. The female passenger was determined to have outstanding warrants. The male was cited and released. The female was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 19 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of stolen property
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and observed items with attached security devices. After confirming that the property was stolen, the subject was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 36 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of a controlled substance for sales, false identification
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined that the subject provided false identification. He was positively identified and found to have multiple outstanding warrants. A search yielded a scale, packaging materials, methamphetamine, and large quantity of cocaine. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 40 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, counterfeit money
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious subject. It was determined that the subject was on active probation. A search yielded methamphetamine, a pipe, and a counterfeit $20 bill. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Charges: DUI
Officers responded to a report of a collision involving a vehicle and a parked car. Upon their arrival, officers determined the driver displayed the objective signs of alcohol intoxication. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail.
