The Campbell Police Department is currently investigating a series of thefts that have occurred at the Fry’s Electronics, located at 600 E. Hamilton Avenue.
The thefts span a timeframe from December 2015 to April 2016. The suspect has successfully stolen four times from Fry’s, and has one failed attempt when he was confronted by loss prevention. In each of the thefts, the suspect took items of value near the front of the store and fled to a waiting vehicle in the parking lot. There has been over $2000 in merchandise stolen during the string of thefts.
As seen in the surveillance photos, the suspect appears to be a Hispanic male in his 30s-40s with receding brown hair and a mustache. The suspect has used different vehicles in each of the thefts where the license plates were either covered or removed. The descriptions of the vehicles are:
• Silver Nissan Altima 4-door
• Red Toyota Corolla 4-door
• Grey Toyota Avalon
• Older Blue BMW
