A SYSTEM WILL BRING 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN TO THE AREA THIS
AFTERNOON THROUGH TUES MORNING. HEAVY RAIN.COMBINED WITH
ALREADY SATURATED SOILS.WILL LIKELY LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING IN
SOME AREAS.

* ALREADY SWOLLEN STREAMS & RIVERS COULD RISE RAPIDLY AND
OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
