A series of four free seminars on financial wellness will launch on Wednesdays in May, at 5:30 p.m., in the South Chula Vista and Otay Ranch Branches of the Chula Vista Public Library. The San Diego County Credit Union will host the talks for families and teens as part of its financial literacy educational programs. See below for dates and times:
