***W. RED OAK ROAD UPDATE*** 
Due to recent heavy rains, the bridge on W. Red Oak Road near Valley View Lane has received extensive damage and will be closed until further notice. The bridge must be adequately evaluated by engineers to determine the proper corrective action before repairs can take place. At this point it, is unclear how long this process will take, but the process will be expedited to get the bridge reopened as quickly and safely as possible.
Until the bridge reopens, west bound traffic will be rerouted around the bridge by travelling north on Valley View Lane, west on Country Ridge Lane and south on Country Creek. East bound traffic will be rerouted by travelling north on Country Creek, east on Country Ridge Lane and south on Valley View Lane.
The City of Red Oak apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
