Light Up The Night 5k begins at 8pm.Use caution in downtown and Terrace Heights areas.Expected to be over by 10pm. 
Approximately 300 participants will be in the downtown and Terrace Heights areas. Police will be escorting the race, and stationed at different intersections along the route. Please use extreme caution in these areas. It is expected that the event will be over by 10:00pm.
