Arrest: 21 year old male, resident of San Jose; 29 year old female, resident of San Jose
Charges: Driving on a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined the driver had a suspended driver’s license. A search yielded drug paraphernalia. Both subjects were cited and released.

Charges: Drunk in public
Officers responded to a report of an extremely intoxicated male refusing to leave a business. Upon contact, it was determined that the subject was unable to care for himself. He was cited, released, and transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.

A subject with an outstanding arrest warrant was contacted and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 57 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: DUI, Hit and Run
Officers received a “Be on the Lookout” from the California Highway Patrol for a suspected drunk driver that was seen exiting Highway 17. Additional callers notified us that the vehicle had hit a parked car and the driver had fled. The driver was located hiding in a bush. He displayed the objective signs of intoxication, was arrested, and transported to Main Jail.

Officers responded a non-injury collision. A single vehicle collided with the guard rail, several garbage cans, a large brick retaining wall, and the 35-mph street sign.
