Garden & Water Friendly Plant Fair in Chula Vista Saturday (5/14/16)
This Saturday (5/14) from 8 am until noon, San Diego County residents can get first-hand advice from gardening experts and huge savings on varieties of low-water-use plants during the San Diego County Garden Friendly Plant Fairs located at The Home Depot off H street (725 Plaza Court) in Chula Vista.
The event features discounts on a variety of plants chosen by a panel of experts because they are water-wise choices for the San Diego region.
Industry experts will be available to provide customers with information about water-efficient irrigation systems and low-water-use plants. The Home Depot certified nursery consultants will host informative how-to workshops. Local water agency and Chula Vista City staff also will be on-hand to provide customers with information about water conservation programs and services where they live.
