FREE CHILD PASSENGER SAFETY SEAT CHECK-UP EVENT 
Join us this Saturday, May 14th, from 9am-2pm for Police and Fire Service Day at the Burbank Police Department (200 N. Third St.).
The California Highway Patrol will have trained certified CPS technicians/officers on hand inspecting child seats and offering traffic safety information.
The goal of this event is to educate parents on the proper installation and use of child passenger seats.

Every year, hundreds of children are either killed or seriously injured in motor vehicle collisions.
Studies have shown child safety seats can reduce fatal injury by 72% for infants and by 54% for toddlers ages 1-4.
