Mr. Adams was last seen Thursday, May 12, at 3:45 pm EST in Churubusco and is believed to be in danger and in need of medical attention. Richard C. Adams was last seen wearing dark colored pants, and a shirt of unknown color. He is believed to be driving a white, 2014 Dodge Journey with Indiana plate D487QY .
