Arrest: 35 year old female, resident of Scotts Valley
Charges: Under the influence of a controlled substance
Officers responded to a report of a disoriented subject at the resident’s front door. Upon contact, it was determined that the female was under the influence of a controlled substance. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 52 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Drunk in public
Officers responded to a report of a subject causing a hazard in the roadway. Upon contact, it was determined that the subject was too intoxicated to care for himself. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Los Gatos Blvd./Gateway
Arrest: 45 year old male, resident of Sacramento; 49 year old female, resident of Sacramento
Charges: Auto theft, possession of stolen property, parole violation, possession of controlled substance
Officers conducted an enforcement stop on a vehicle pulling a trailer. The occupants provided conflicting statements as to how they came into possession of the trailer. Further investigation by officers determined that the trailer had been stolen from a business in Campbell. The male was taken into custody for auto theft, possession of stolen property, and a parole hold. The female passenger was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Both were arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 35 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Driving on a suspended license
Officers conducted a vehicle enforcement stop and determined the driver had a suspended license. He was cited and released.

Officers responded to the location and recovered a found wheelchair. The wheelchair was booked into evidence as found property.

200-blk Belvue
Officers responded to a residential burglary. The suspects made entry by kicking in the front door.

Arrest: 40 year old female, resident of Los Gatos
Charge: DUI
Officers conducted a vehicle enforcement stop and determined that the driver displayed the objective signs of alcohol intoxication. The driver was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

100-blk Howes Dr
Arrest: 46 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Outstanding warrants, possession of narcotics, drug paraphernalia
Officers responded to a disturbance call and contacted two involved subjects. It was determined that one of the males had outstanding warrants, and was also in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

15600-blk Los Gatos Blvd.
Officers responded to a commercial burglary. The unidentified suspect gained entry to the business by smashing a window. Surveillance video was collected and follow-up investigation is being conducted.

Arrest: 74 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Robbery
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The suspect had committed multiple thefts over a period of time and returned to the business. When confronted, the suspect punched the victim in the arm and fled. The suspect was identified, arrested, and transported to Main Jail.
