Second Arrest Made in Brazil Battery Investigation
Clay County-- Investigators from the Indiana State Police, Clay County Sheriff’s Office, and Brazil Police Department have made a second arrest in relation to the ongoing investigation at 990 North Depot Street in Brazil.
Arrested: Kimberly Roseberry, age 45, of Brazil, IN.
Charge: One Count of Criminal Recklessness
Held in Clay County Jail
The investigation is still ongoing and if more information develops, it will be released in a timely manner.
Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
